Duties

Our primary duties at the office are to comply with personnel law and regulations and the university’s own personnel policies; to work alongside the development of administration at the school; to support the duties of each separate unit of the university; to serve and protect the rights of the staff of the university; and to establish a harmonious relationship between university members. By helping to structure an efficient and economical organization and pool of human resources, we raise effectiveness in administration and affairs, and promote the further development of the university as a whole.
