I. About the Office: The Personnel Office was established in accordance with the university’s organizational and personnel management regulations, and is responsible for various functions of the university, such as: organization, employment and discharge, transfer, compensation, assessment, bonuses and penalties, vacation and leave, continuing education and training, benefits, insurance, retirement and pensions, and personnel information management.
II. Organization: Our office is staffed by 9 members—1 director in charge of general personnel affairs, 1 specialist assistant manager of room services, 5 office members, 1 contract staff, and 1 hourly worker, who are responsible for the many functions of the office, as listed above.
III. Duty: Our primary duties at the office are to comply with personnel law and regulations and the university’s own personnel policies; to work alongside the development of administration at the school; to support the duties of each separate unit of the university; to serve and protect the rights of the staff of the university; and to establish a harmonious relationship between university members. By helping to structure an efficient and economical organization and pool of human resources, we raise effectiveness in administration and affairs, and promote the further development of the university as a whole.
